The Talent Explorer and end-of-session survey capture the student data automatically. Your job after the workshop is three things:
Mark attendance
Note who attended and whether each student completed the Talent Explorer and end survey. A simple list with initials or first names is enough — forward to Leslie.
Upload to shared folder →Send 3–5 quotes or observations
Anything a student said that stopped you. What surprised you. What shifted in the room. A voice memo, a note, a few sentences — this becomes the story we tell United Way and SAM. You can drop it in the upload folder or just text or email it to Leslie.
DCK delivers your summary report within 7 days
Dream Chaser Kids turns the combined data into a one-pager — attendance, talent distribution, confidence scores, and 3–5 quotes. You forward it directly to United Way of Piedmont and SAM.
